delivery info is a bit confusing
The package arrived late and missed Christmas. I only received one set of barricades, but I paid for two. I emailed customer service and no one replied.
Delivery took a bit of time, but it was at Xmas so busier than normal. Easy to get going and quickly get used to the controls. My boy seemed very pleased with it.
Never received my order. I have emailed them over and over with no response. Scam.

Order #1354 I received a product which had damaged screw for the battery section. Winding of the screw is stripped, so unable to remove the screw to put batteries, hence unable to use the product. I requested for return of product, but no reply since last 10 days. Please urgently revert back.
Unfortunately it came with not all parts included. One of the two batteries is missing. I get no answer from the support :-( The car‘s quality seems very good, but it is very difficult to handle.
