My son loves it, the shipping was kind of a rip off, paid extra for faster shipping still almost took a month, and the wheels are not metal as described but overall happy and my son loves it.

Damaged packaging in transport, no protection for sending. Very disappointed with the condition of the articles. Works perfectly.
The shipment arrives within the agreed time, the packaging is very bad, only a plastic bag that does not protect anything and the car box inside without protection. The car has arrived well with the spoiler taken off due to poor packaging (need to be tested). The box in poor condition (I have also paid for it and I want it to reach me perfectly). You have to work more on packing cars, because you pay a high price for them.

Hello I ordered 2 cars : 1/ Thrill Turbo's™ - TURBO Light blue 2/ Thrill Turbo's TURBO Light blue and I did not get the first one "Thrill Turbo's™ - TURBO Light blue ".
Ordered two cars and only received one. I have emailed the help line multiple times over the past month and have not received a single response or acknowledge of any kind whatsoever. Paid almost 300 dollars and only got half my order. I am deeply unsatisfied with this customer "service"
I have sent 2 messages with no response. I never received my merchandise and there have had no follow up from customer service.
I have no videos or photos to share because I never received my product. Everytime I checked my tracking number it said processing, I ordered the product the first week of December. 0 product 0 stars.
